ABM is seeking a Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our facilities maintenance team in Detroit. You will install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair commercial and industrial HVAC systems to ensure safe, reliable, and energy-efficient building operations.

This role is ideal for a skilled technician who enjoys solving complex mechanical and electrical issues, works independently, and serves as a technical resource for other maintenance personnel.

Qualifications

• Experience installing, maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing commercial and industrial HVAC systems.
• Ability to work independently and provide technical guidance to maintenance personnel.
