Job summary

ABM Industries in Savannah, GA is seeking a Sr HVAC Technician to support Engineering, Maintenance & Asset Management across diverse facilities. In this field-based role, you’ll lead complex service, repair, and preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems, including chillers, RTUs, and controls.

You will diagnose advanced mechanical and electrical issues, document work in CMMS, and collaborate with engineering teams on projects and energy initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience with commercial HVAC systems and field-based maintenance.
• Ability to diagnose mechanical and electrical issues on complex equipment.
• Familiarity with CMMS for work order documentation and tracking.
• Experience mentoring junior technicians and collaborating with clients.
