This role involves leading a team of technicians, developing maintenance schedules, and ensuring compliance with industry standards. The ideal candidate is a seasoned professional with strong leadership and technical skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage large-scale HVAC installations, retrofits, and service projects.
  
  
• Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans and schedules.
  
  
• Diagnose and resolve complex HVAC system issues, ensuring minimal downtime.
  
  
• Provide training, mentorship, and performance evaluations for junior technicians.
  
  
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, codes, and best practices.
  
  
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to ensure project success.
  
  
• Maintain accurate service records and documentation for all projects.
  
  
• Recommend system upgrades and energy-efficient solutions to clients.
  
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Experience: 710 years in HVAC installation, service, and maintenance.
  
  
• Education: High school diploma or GED required; technical certification or associate degree in HVAC/R .
  
  
• Certifications: EPA 608 Certification (Universal) required; NATE certification .
