F.H. Furr is seeking an experienced HVAC Technician in Virginia to diagnose, repair, and optimize residential cooling and heating systems. You’ll identify upgrade opportunities, educate homeowners on their options, and confidently upsell when it benefits comfort and energy efficiency.

Prospective technicians should have 2+ years in residential HVAC service/sales, strong technical skills, and EPA certification. A sign-on bonus and comprehensive benefits support your growth.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in residential HVAC service, repair or sales.
• EPA certification required; NATE is a plus.
• Ability to diagnose, educate and upsell during service calls.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair residential HVAC systems.
• Identify and recommend system replacements when appropriate.
• Educate customers on options and provide honest recommendations.
• Sell new systems on the spot when suitable to customers.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience and build trust.
