Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills.
• Knowledge of residential HVAC systems, ductwork, and ventilation.
• Confidence interacting with homeowners in a customer-facing environment.
• Detail-oriented, dependable, and comfortable in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• Comfortable using tablets or mobile devices in the field.
• Valid driver’s license (must be at least 21 per company policy).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems in occupied homes.
• Perform routine maintenance and seasonal tune-ups on HVAC equipment.
• Install, replace, and upgrade HVAC systems and components, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps; thermostats and IAQ components.
• Troubleshoot airflow, comfort, efficiency, and system performance issues.
• Conduct full system evaluations and clearly explain findings and options to homeowners.
