Job summary

Corvant is seeking an experienced Level 4 Technician to support mission-critical HVAC systems across data centers, healthcare, and industrial environments. You will lead start-up procedures, troubleshoot complex issues, and provide warranty and post-installation support, while mentoring junior technicians and ensuring safety and compliance.

Ideal candidates bring 7–10+ years in HVAC, EPA refrigerant certification, and strong collaboration with project teams.

Qualifications

7–10+ years of experience as an HVAC Technician, including start-ups and warranty services.
EPA refrigerant certification is required.
Strong troubleshooting, testing, and system optimization skills.
Mentor and train junior technicians; promote best practices.
Coordinate with Start-Up & Warranty Manager to improve processes.

Responsibilities

Perform start-up procedures and testing on HVAC systems after installation.
Troubleshoot issues during start-up and warranty periods; perform routine maintenance.
Respond to warranty service requests; document work and report details.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and local codes during installations and service.
Coordinate with project teams to schedule parts and services; provide design-feedback.
