You will manage scope, schedule, budget, safety, and profitability while coordinating with field teams, customers, subcontractors, and internal departments.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years of HVAC project management experience and a proven track record of delivering projects up to $4 million.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC project management or related field.
• Experience managing commercial HVAC projects up to $4 million.
• Ability to interpret drawings, specs, and contracts.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background checks.

Responsibilities

• Manage HVAC projects from turnover through final closeout with control of schedule, budget, quality, safety, and profitability.
• Develop project execution plans, manpower forecasts, procurement schedules, and financial projections.
• Coordinate activities between field personnel, subcontractors, suppliers, customers, and internal departments.
• Monitor labor productivity, project costs, billing status, cash flow, and forecast accuracy throughout the project lifecycle.
• Manage equipment procurement, material releases, subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and change orders.
• Review project progress and implement corrective actions to maintain budget and schedule objectives.
• Ensure compliance with safety programs, OSHA requirements, and quality standards.
• Maintain client relationships through proactive communication and service delivery.
• Oversee project documentation, reporting, forecasting, and closeout activities.
• Identify additional service, repair, and capital project opportunities within accounts.
