Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing HVAC projects.
• Experience managing commercial HVAC or mechanical construction projects.
• Experience with project scheduling, submittals, change orders, material procurement, cost tracking, field coordination, and project closeout.

Responsibilities

• Manage commercial HVAC and mechanical construction projects from project handoff through final closeout.
• Coordinate drafting, submittals, production, material procurement, and project documentation.
• Manage project schedules, costs, change orders, and material ordering throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with field teams and serve as a liaison between project management, production, and field operations.
• Participate in client and project coordination meetings.
• Coordinate manpower planning and forecasting with field operations.
• Track project costs, schedules, and progress through completion.
• Manage project closeout documentation and project turnover.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships throughout project execution.
