Job summary

Service Technician III with Service Experts Heating & AC LLC in Frederick, MD conducts residential and light commercial service and maintenance, diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and preventing breakdowns with proactive inspections.

You will work under general supervision, communicate clearly with dispatch and customers, carry parts and tools, and uphold safety standards while delivering outstanding customer service and account management for replacement product leads.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with 4+ years HVAC experience and technical training.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Must possess all valid licensing or certification as required in the area.
• Proficient at servicing heating, air conditioning, and ventilation equipment and related accessories.
• Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform residential and/or light commercial service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
• Analyze, diagnose, and resolve customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Inspects equipment and diagnoses issues to prevent breakdowns or callbacks.
• Communicate with dispatch to provide accurate status reports while on duty.
• Deliver excellent customer service and promote products and services to customers.
