Service Experts is seeking an HVAC Service Technician III to perform residential and light commercial service calls under minimal supervision in Maryland. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain heating, cooling, ventilation, and related equipment, ensuring safety and customer satisfaction.

A valid license, EPA certification, and strong mechanical aptitude are required, with flexible hours and on-call availability.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required with 4+ years of HVAC experience and technical training.
• EPA and safety certifications required by regulations.
• Must possess valid licensing or certifications as required by local laws.
• Skilled at servicing heating, cooling, ventilation equipment and related accessories.

Responsibilities

• Performs residential and light commercial service and maintenance calls with minimal supervision.
• Diagnoses and resolves customer problems in a courteous, timely, and accurate manner.
• Diagnoses and services HVAC equipment including heating, cooling, ventilation, and refrigeration.
• Inspects equipment and performs diagnostics to prevent breakdowns and callbacks.
• Completes routine maintenance and cleans equipment as required.
• Delivers and removes parts and equipment needed for service work.
• Records information on the handheld device and completes all paperwork accurately.
