Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC service experience.
• EPA certification required or willingness to obtain with company support.
• NATE certification is a plus.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, service, and repair residential heating and cooling systems.
• Perform HVAC maintenance, tune-ups, and preventative service.
• Troubleshoot systems and identify root causes.
• Explain issues and options clearly to homeowners.
• Provide professional, friendly customer service on every visit.
• Maintain a clean, stocked service vehicle.
• Complete accurate work orders and service documentation.
• Mentor apprentices and participate in ongoing training.
• Occasional on-call work, including weekends.
