Ambient seeks a Senior Service Technician to join our HVAC service team in Massachusetts. This full-time role offers growth through advanced manufacturer trainings, in-field experience, and apprenticeship programs.

You will work on commercial and residential systems and support our expanding service division. Ideal candidates have 10+ years HVAC field experience, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work from home while dispatching to MA job sites.

Qualifications

• 10+ years HVAC field experience.
• Cover North or South Shore of MA (dispatch from home).
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to work alone or with a team.
• Brazing proficiency and reading voltages.
• MA or RI Refrigeration license; EPA and OSHA 10 mandatory.
• Knowledge of 3-phase power supply.

Responsibilities

• Oversee installations.
• Diagnostics of commercial and residential HVAC equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service.
• Provide technical support in the field.
• Sheet metal work.
• Inspect jobs upon completion and ensure areas are clean.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on systems.
