Job summary
Service Air is seeking an experienced HVAC Service Technician to diagnose, service, and repair residential and commercial systems across Alabama. You will perform routine maintenance, respond to service calls, and clearly communicate system conditions, repairs, and recommendations to customers.
This role emphasizes safety, quality workmanship, and teamwork in a fast-paced field service environment. Successful candidates bring 5+ years of hands-on HVAC experience, EPA refrigerant handling
Qualifications
- Valid HVAC Technician certification or license.
- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on HVAC experience.
- EPA certification for refrigerant handling.
- Experience servicing, repairing, and installing HVAC systems.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean 3-year driving record.
- Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic abilities.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose, service, and repair residential and/or commercial HVAC systems, including heating, cooling, and ventilation equipment
- Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and system performance checks
- Respond promptly and professionally to service calls and customer concerns
- Communicate clearly with customers regarding system conditions, repairs, and maintenance recommendations
- Collaborate with fellow technicians and team members to troubleshoot complex issues
- Maintain accurate documentation of service calls, repairs, and maintenance activities
- Follow all safety procedures and industry regulations
