Job Overview

Environmental Power Services Inc. (EPS) is seeking a highly skilled Senior HVAC Service Technician to join our commercial HVAC team. Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, install, and maintain commercial HVAC systems
• Work on various systems: computer room units, WSHPs, split systems, chillers, fan coils, rooftops, air handlers, condensers, dry coolers, VAVs, and unit-mounted controls
• Perform preventive maintenance and inspections
• Diagnose equipment issues accurately and communicate clearly with customers
• Complete work orders and service documentation using tablet/smartphone technology
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on job sites and in company vehicles
• Represent EPS professionally with technical excellence

Qualifications

• At least 3 years of commercial HVAC experience
• CFC Universal Certification (Required)
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record (Required)
• U.S. Citizenship and ability to pass a background check
• Strong English communication skills (spoken and written)
• Own basic industry-specific tools
• Tech-savvy with ability to use mobile/tablet-based service tools
• Master/Journeyman License is a plus
