Qualifications

• 6+ years of HVAC service experience preferred, with residential HVAC focus
• EPA Certification required
• Strong diagnostic and troubleshooting skills for mechanical and electrical systems
• Professional communication with customers to explain issues and options
• Experience with ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Zip Solutions, or similar software

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and troubleshoot heating, cooling, ventilation, and electrical systems in residential and light commercial settings
• Repair and maintain HVAC equipment and perform preventive maintenance
• Explain findings and options to homeowners clearly and without high-pressure tactics
• Deliver professional customer service throughout service appointments
• Maintain organized vehicle, documentation, and job site; monitor KPIs such as ticket size and calls per day
