Andy's Statewide Heating & Air Conditioning, part of ARS, is seeking a Residential HVAC Service Technician in the Detroit area for full-time, year-round work. Earn $20-$35 per hour with potential to exceed $130,000+ annually based on performance, with full benefits after probation and company-provided vehicle support.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of residential HVAC experience preferred.
• EPA Certification (or ability to obtain)
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Ability to pass background check and drug screening
• Physically able to lift heavy equipment and work in attics and crawlspaces

Responsibilities

• Diagnose, troubleshoot, service, and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform maintenance and emergency HVAC repairs
• Deliver excellent customer service in residential homes
• Work with the support of experienced leadership and ongoing technical training
