Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in HVAC or related field.
• 3+ years managing large teams and organizing work schedules.
• Project management skills to oversee and drive successful project execution for startups and customer requests.
• Tech-savvy with Microsoft applications. Salesforce experience considered an asset.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for a minimum of 12 months, with no major or frequent traffic violations in the past 3 years.

Responsibilities

• P&L responsibility, provide monthly revenue forecasting.
• Drive service agreement base growth and repairs/installation/service turnkey growth.
• Budget control for expenses such as fleet, uniforms, tools and safety equipment.
• Oversee service coordination, training, and resources across the district.
• Ensure safety, environmental, and health compliance within the service team.
• Develop and coach service employees to raise customer satisfaction.
