Job summary

Walmart is seeking a Senior Technician, Facility Services, HVAC/Refrigeration in Mays Landing, NJ. This full-time role supports and maintains Walmart's refrigeration and HVAC systems at the store facility, using commercial HVAC/R skills with hand tools and digital tools to complete repairs.

Compensation ranges from $39.00 to $77.00 per hour, with eligibility for a bonus incentive and extensive benefits including 401(k), stock purchase, paid leave, and tuition programs.

Qualifications

• 10 years’ experience in commercial Refrigeration HVAC maintenance.
• EPA Type I/Type II or Universal Certification for refrigerant handling.
• Driver’s license with clean driving record and ability to pass MVR.
• 18+ with HS Diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and repair Walmart facility Refrigeration HVAC equipment using hand, power and digital tools.
• Receive and document repair Work Orders, support store operations.
• Respond promptly to emergency maintenance calls.
• Inspect facilities and diagnose issues with HVAC systems.
• Complete safety and training requirements for equipment use.
• Comply with OSHA and EPA guidelines per Walmart policy.
