Job summary

Arnot Health is seeking a Lead HVAC Technician for the Facilities department at Arnot Ogden/St Joe’s Hospital. You will install, inspect, operate, and repair refrigeration and HVAC systems, and design layouts with up‑to‑date schematics.

Requires a high school diploma and five years of HVAC/refrigeration experience; supervisory experience preferred. Schedule: 40 hours weekly, Monday–Sunday days. Pay range: $25.00–$35.33 per hour. This is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Five years minimum experience and background in HVAC and refrigeration repair, maintenance and installation.

Responsibilities

• Installs, inspects, operates, and repairs refrigeration equipment and components.
• Installs, inspects, operates, modifies and repairs HVAC units and components.
• Designs layouts and keeps up-to-date schematics of systems.
• Performs and schedules preventive maintenance for HVAC/refrigeration equipment.
• Maintains a clean and orderly work area; ensures tools and equipment are well cared for.
• Responsible for safe and proper care of tools, supplies and equipment.
