Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• HVAC/R apprenticeship or trade training required.
• 8+ years of HVAC/R experience with independent work preferred.
• State or local licenses required where applicable.
• NATE/HVAC credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform advanced HVAC/R maintenance on industrial systems.
• Troubleshoot complex failures and identify root causes.
• Repair and maintain chillers, boilers, AHUs, and cooling towers.
• Operate building automation systems and read schematics.
• Plan complex jobs with safety, permits, and resources.
• Mentor technicians in diagnostics and safe practices.
• Coordinate contractors and report status to leadership.
• Estimate labor and material needs for jobs.
• Ensure compliance with site safety procedures.
• Support capital projects with field data.
