Qualifications

• Requires previous residential HVAC system change-out experience.
• Knowledge of multi-stage and inverter-driven residential HVAC systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Perform post-installation quality control inspections on residential HVAC system changes.
• Verify installations meet company standards, manufacturer specifications, and codes.
• Diagnose installation issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Test system operation and ensure peak performance before final customer approval.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners and provide excellent customer experience.
