Job summary
Remington & Vernick Engineers seeks a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) with a minimum of 8 years of experience in HVAC/mechanical, plumbing, and fire protection design, including fire alarm systems, to join our MEP team as a Project Manager/Engineer. This role involves overseeing projects from concept through construction and mentoring junior staff.

Qualifications
- Licensed Professional Engineer with 8+ years in HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection design.
- Experience delivering design for educational, commercial, and industrial facilities.
- Ability to coordinate across disciplines and mentor junior staff.
Responsibilities
- Design and analyze HVAC systems, including air distribution and controls concepts.
- Design hydronic systems with chilled and hot water and piping.
- Design and coordinate plumbing systems and fire protection interfaces.
- Prepare complete construction documents and calculations.
- Serve as client-facing engineer in meetings and design reviews.
- Support project administration and site visits.
