Job summary

GH Engage in Phoenix seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead mechanical construction projects from preconstruction through closeout. This role blends operational leadership with client-facing responsibilities, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and profitability across assigned work.

You will oversee field activities, manage schedules and budgets, and coordinate with Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, Construction, and Service teams to deliver projects on time and within scope.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC construction project experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management.
• MBA or Master’s degree and/or PE license is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to generate new business opportunities.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day project operations including scheduling, budgeting, and scope control.
• Own field activities and ensure efficient execution of all mechanical trade work.
• Collaborate across Engineering, Procurement, Accounting, Construction, and Service teams.
• Lead preconstruction efforts such as estimates, design reviews, and client presentations.
• Manage project finances: budgets, costs, and profitability alignment.
• Prepare critical documentation: proposals, change orders, contracts.
