Job summary

Manager, HVAC will lead site‑level HVAC design, start‑up, qualification, and ongoing maintenance in a GMP environment, partnering with cross‑functional teams to meet performance and compliance goals. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related discipline with 8+ years of experience.
• Experience in drug substance, drug product, biologics and/or aseptic sterile fill finish is required.
• GMP manufacturing environment experience and cross‑functional partnership; startup facility preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead HVAC technical workstreams and advise on complex decisions.
• Design site-level HVAC processes by defining operating ranges and acceptance criteria.
• Lead process improvements and document results across projects.
• Conduct validation and troubleshoot manufacturing processes and deviations.
• Establish technical standards for process documentation and change execution.
• Guide engineers through decisions and track actions to closure.
• Deliver high-quality technical outputs for complex projects and programs.
• Provide leadership for HVAC systems including AHUs, cleanrooms, filtration, controls.
• Lead start-up, commissioning, and qualification activities for HVAC systems.
• Ensure ongoing maintenance, energy optimization, and lifecycle management.
