Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in a technical field is required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field is preferred.
• 8+ years of Construction Project Management experience.
• 8+ years in the building & construction industry.
• 8+ years of experience with mechanical systems.
• Ability to read and comprehend construction documents.
• Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principles.
• Understanding of business administration and management principles.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support during all HVAC construction phases.
• Manage safety compliance including site plans, audits, toolbox talks, and pre-task planning.
• Review, organize, and distribute contract documents and drawings to the team.
• Maintain logs, track RFIs, and communicate meeting outcomes with notes.
• Identify scope changes, develop pricing, and negotiate change orders.
• Develop and manage project schedules and weekly work plans.
• Monitor costs, track labor productivity, and manage billings.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients and general contractors.
