Job summary

Harris is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead HVAC construction projects in the Spring Hill, Virginia area. The role emphasizes schedule, budget, and clear communications with owners and general contractors.

You will oversee safety, field coordination, and documentation control throughout the project lifecycle. Ideal candidates bring 8+ years in construction PM, proficiency with CAD, estimating software, and project management tools like Procore, MS Project, and SharePoint.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of construction project management experience.
• Experience in building & construction industry essential.
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
• Familiarity with CAD, estimating software, and project management tools.
• PMP certification and LEED knowledge are a plus.
• OSHA 30 certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide project management support through all phases of HVAC construction.
• Maintain schedule, budget, and communications with stakeholders.
• Oversee safety programs and site safety compliance.
• Coordinate document control, RFIs, submittals and closeout.
• Develop short-term schedules and manage labor/resources.
• Manage procurement, cost tracking, and monthly reviews.
• Build relationships with owners, GC's and vendors.
