Qualifications

• Proven track record in B2B or direct-to-consumer technical sales.

• Ability to read mechanical drawings and plumbing schematics.
• Valid Driver License with insurable driving record for company vehicles.

Responsibilities

• Acquire B2B and residential accounts across South Jersey.
• Conduct on-site assessments of plumbing and HVAC systems.
• Present detailed project costs and service agreements.
• Manage leads and CRM pipeline through opportunity stages.
• Coordinate handoff with estimators and field crews.
• Stay current on HVAC and plumbing tech and regional rebates.
