Job summary

GPAC is seeking an experienced HVAC and/or plumbing Project Executive in the LA area to lead mechanical construction projects across higher education, government, healthcare, industrial and commercial sectors. With 10+ years of PM experience, you will manage teams, forecast workloads, and represent the firm in client meetings.

The role includes mentorship, strong leadership, and a path toward growth within a growing contractor.

Qualifications

10+ years of HVAC and/or plumbing construction project management experience.
Sales and estimating experience is preferred.
Superior interpersonal skills with clients and staff.
Strong communication and coaching abilities.
Proven leadership capabilities.
Solid project budgeting and financial management skills.
Ability to resolve team management issues promptly.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage project teams across design, procurement, and construction phases.
Prepare workload, sales forecasts and allocate resources for administrative and managerial tasks.
Represent the company at meetings with clients and project stakeholders.
Mentor staff in all phases of the design process and guide HR on training needs.
Utilize leadership and motivation techniques to maximize productivity and satisfaction.
Ensure projects meet scope, budget, and schedule targets.
