Qualifications

• 5+ years of mechanical, plumbing, or MEP estimating experience with demonstrated success leading complex estimates.
• Strong conceptual estimating ability and command of pricing fundamentals.
• Experience with design-assist or negotiated work is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-scope HVAC and plumbing estimates.
• Develop bid strategy and estimate structure.
• Review drawings and identify major risk and pricing drivers.
• Direct quote strategy and vendor coverage.
• Mentor Junior Estimators.
• Help improve estimating tools and processes.

Skills

Mechanical, plumbing, or MEP estimating experience
