Responsibilities

• Provide mentorship and guidance to mechanical engineers and designers
• Lead system selection, establish basis of design, and ensure quality deliverables
• Develop and manage project work plans and schedules
• Participate in project meetings and communicate effectively with internal teams
• Represent the mechanical discipline in client-facing meetings
• Coordinate mechanical and plumbing designs with other disciplines and project managers
• Support construction phases, including submittal reviews and RFI responses
• Maintain and enhance mechanical and plumbing design standards
• Assist leadership with quality control and continuous improvement initiatives
• Serve as a senior technical resource across HVAC and plumbing design
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve design challenges
• Lead and mentor project teams on complex HVAC & plumbing projects
