You will manage design from concept through construction, oversee budgets and schedules, lead proposals, and mentor junior engineers to grow the team’s capabilities. Strong communication and PM skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and PE license required.
• 10+ years of relevant experience in mechanical design and project leadership.
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit and load calculation software.
• Strong communication, client service and project management skills.
