Job summary

ENFRA is seeking a Superintendent to lead day-to-day field operations on our HVAC and plumbing commercial construction projects in Alabama. You will ensure safety, coordinate trades, and drive on-time, within-budget delivery.

The role requires 2+ years as a Superintendent on such projects, with OSHA 10/30 certification, strong communication, and staff leadership. Travel is minimal; stay on-site with project teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of verifiable experience as a Superintendent on plumbing and/or HVAC commercial construction projects.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial construction (hospitals, high rise hotels, casino’s, office buildings, etc.).
• At least 6 months of safety training and current OSHA 10 OR 30 certification.

Responsibilities

• Maintains a safe and secure work environment through job safety analyses, safety meetings, incident investigations and employee involvement.
• Provides leadership direction for field operations on a project to ensure a cohesive team with project management.
• Coordinates and supervises all construction activities and aligns staffing with project needs.
• Manages field personnel priorities to improve efficiency, quality and customer satisfaction while controlling costs.
• Works with project team to ensure start-up and commissioning align with company standards.
