Qualifications

• Capital project experience on major pharma/biotech capital investments.
• Experience with HVAC systems (fresh air, extraction, cleanroom).
• Proven ability to collaborate with design contractors and suppliers across teams.

Responsibilities

• Engage with project stakeholders to capture requirements for Concept Design.
• Prepare Project Technical Requirements Specifications for systems and standards.
• Ensure specifications issued to design contractor timely and completely.
• Define design deliverables across CD, BD, DD with detail level and reviews.
• Review design contractor responses to confirm alignment with project needs.
