Job summary

6BO IAP World Services, Inc. is seeking an HVAC Master Mechanic responsible for installing, servicing, and repairing environmental-control systems across various commercial establishments. Candidates should have 5 to 7 years of journey-level HVAC experience and must hold a High School diploma or equivalent, along with relevant certificates.

The ideal candidate will possess extensive knowledge of HVAC functions, ability to operate chillers and boilers, and proficiency with required tools and software. This position requires an active Top Secret SCI Full Scope Poly clearance.

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years journey-level HVAC experience.
• Extensive knowledge in specialized HVAC functions.
• Ability to operate and adjust boilers and chillers.

Responsibilities

• Install, service, and repair environmental-control systems.
• Connect motors, compressors, and control panels.
• Test systems for proper operation and gas leaks.

Skills

HVAC experience

Knowledge of refrigeration theory

Proficiency with hand and power tools

Ability to interpret blueprints

Experience with HVAC software

Knowledge of pneumatic controls

Education

High School diploma or equivalent

Completion of HVAC apprenticeship
