BlueStar Resort & Golf in Queen Creek, AZ, seeks a Maintenance Technician IV HVAC to lead daily facility upkeep, focusing on HVAC systems, electrical and basic plumbing, with responsibility for mentoring junior technicians. The role reports to Facilities leadership at Encanterra.

Ideal candidates have EPA certification, a minimum of five years' experience, relevant licenses, and a proactive, safety-conscious approach to ensure high-quality service for members and guests in a fast-paced luxury

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must currently possess EPA Certification.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience.
• Must be licensed in one or more trades (Electrical, Plumbing, Finish Carpentry, Tile, Welding, HVAC, Painting).
• Certified Pool Operator certification required.

Responsabilidades

• Provide superior quality building maintenance to meet member and guest needs.
• Maintain tools and equipment; keep maintenance room organized.
• Perform preventive maintenance and report issues for repair.
• Assemble tools and supplies and transport to work area.
• Work safely and wear PPE as required.
• Maintain HVAC equipment.
• Perform simple carpentry tasks and electrical tasks.
• Open clogged drains and perform plumbing duties.
• Paint touch-ups and room repainting.
• Assist with loading/unloading and moving furniture.
• Maintain building inventories and supplies.
