Qualifications

• 5–10 years of HVAC experience with daily hands-on work on commercial/industrial systems.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems including refrigeration, electrical, controls, and sequence of operations.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics.
• EPA 608 certification — Type II or Universal.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative, corrective, and predictive maintenance on commercial/industrial HVAC systems.
• Troubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and service HVAC equipment and systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, electrical schematics, and technical documentation.
• Lead, train, and coach apprentices and fellow technicians.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and safety compliance.
