Compass Group USA, ESFM division, is seeking a skilled HVAC Maintenance Technician in Sheboygan, WI. The role involves maintenance of HVAC, electrical and mechanical building systems, and requires strong problem-solving across a range of equipment.

The position is full-time, with Monday–Friday hours; candidates must have at least 1 year of HVAC experience and a valid driver’s license. The pay range is $25.00–$30.00 per hour, with benefits typical of ESFM divisions.

Qualifications

• 5 years’ experience as a Maintenance Technician in an institutional setting in an engineering or maintenance discipline.

Responsibilities

• Performs a mixed workload consisting of preventative maintenance and non-complex reactive repairs.
• Updates work statuses and documents tasks completed in the CMMS utilizing a mobile device.
• Helps determine manpower, material needs, and deadlines for jobs and projects.
• Cleans, lubricates, services, repairs, and diagnoses malfunction of HVAC, electrical and mechanical building systems, sterilizers, food service equipment, sprinkler and standpipe systems, transport systems, electronic signaling systems, fire alarm systems and similar plant and specialty equipment items.
