Job summary

Ace Hardware Home Services is seeking an experienced HVAC installer in Indianapolis, IN to independently manage residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish. You will install equipment and gas lines, troubleshoot field issues, and ensure all work complies with codes and safety requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years residential HVAC installation experience preferred
• Demonstrated experience leading installation projects
• Advanced knowledge of duct design, airflow, refrigerant systems
• EPA Universal Certification preferred (if available)

Responsibilities

• Independently manage residential and light commercial HVAC installation projects from start to finish.
• Install HVAC equipment and gas lines in residential/light commercial settings without supervision.
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges in the field with minimal management support.
• Ensure all work complies with manufacturer specs, local codes, company standards, and safety requirements.
• Maintain accurate logs of all work performed.
• Ensure our reputation for superior service is maintained during customer interactions.
