Thomas & Galbraith in Dayton is seeking an HVAC Lead Installer to keep projects running smoothly. The role emphasizes a positive attitude, client satisfaction, and collaboration with internal teams to maximize profitability and timely delivery.

You’ll liaise with Install Managers, maintain equipment, and ensure installation procedures are followed while mentoring apprentices. This is a growth-focused opportunity with substantial compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license required.
• Universal EPA Certification required.
• Service Titan experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years HVAC field installation experience.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to crawl in tight spaces and climb ladders; work in attics and on roofs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Coordinate with HVAC Install Manager to review job details.
• Adapt project work due to interruptions or scope changes.
• Follow installation procedures and train apprentices accordingly.
• Accurately report labor hours and complete closeout paperwork.
• Seek development opportunities through ongoing training and coaching.
