The role requires 3+ years of HVAC field installation, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to lift 75 pounds, crawl in tight spaces, and climb ladders. Strong communication with the Install Manager is essential.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license to drive company vehicle.
• Universal EPA Certificate.
• Minimum 3 years of HVAC field installation experience.
• Ability to lift loads up to 75 pounds regularly.
• Ability to crawl in tight places and climb ladders; work in attics, garages, crawl spaces, and roofs.

Responsibilities

• Maintain communication with internal teams.
• Keep your company truck clean, inside and out.
• Communicate with HVAC Install Manager to review job details.
• Adapt project work when interruptions or scope changes occur.
• Ensure installation procedures are followed by apprentices.
