Job summary

Atlantic Refrigeration is seeking a full-time Lead Installer to install HVAC systems in customer homes, following company specs and safety guidelines. The role requires 3–5 years of experience, CFC I/II certification, and the ability to work independently while supporting a team.

Qualifications

3–5 years of experience in air conditioning installation and mechanical work.
Proficient with split systems, package units, and heat pumps.
Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
CFC Type I and II certification.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical codes.
Able to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.
Neat and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

Completes paperwork neatly, accurately, and on time.
Designs, fabricates, and installs ducts and duct fittings as required.
Provides guidance to HVAC Installer Helpers on skills and training for HVAC installations.
Installs HVAC equipment in customers' homes with minimal supervision.
Participates in training to grow and develop as a professional.
Maintains communication with dispatch, manager, parts and installation teams.
Keeps company truck clean and inventory up to date.
Maintains a neat, professional appearance.
