Hilton Marco Island Beach Resort and Spa is seeking a full-time Kitchen Maintenance/HVAC Mechanic to join the Engineering team on Marco Island. This role performs skilled corrective and preventive maintenance across hotel facilities, with minimal supervision, including HVAC/R and kitchen equipment repair.

The ideal candidate will diagnose electrical and refrigeration systems, document work orders, train others, and respond to outages or life-safety calls.

Formación

• 3 years in HVAC, electrician, kitchen equipment maintenance, or laundry maintenance.
• 1 year of commercial building or hotel maintenance preferred.
• Trade license in applicable specialty preferred.
• CFC Universal Certification preferred for MMS/HVAC Technician.

Responsabilidades

• Perform highly skilled corrective and preventive maintenance on hotel facilities.
• Repair and maintain kitchen equipment: grills, fryers, ovens, hood exhaust, reach-ins, ice machines.
• Document work orders and train other team members, and respond to outages or life-safety calls.
• Work varying schedules including holidays and weekends.
