Lochard Family of Businesses is seeking an HVAC Installer with 5+ years of residential installation experience. You will install systems per manufacturer specs and local codes, with a focus on quality workmanship and teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• 3+ years of residential HVAC installation experience required.
• EPA Certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to lift 75+ pounds and access attics/crawl spaces.

Aufgaben

• Install residential HVAC systems according to manufacturer specifications and local codes.
• Remove and dispose of existing equipment safely.
• Install ductwork modifications, refrigerant lines, electrical components, thermostats, and condensate drains as needed.
• Start up, test, and verify proper operation of installed equipment.
• Complete installation paperwork, photos, and required documentation using a tablet.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and company vehicle.
• Communicate professionally with homeowners throughout the installation process.
• Work closely with team members to complete quality installations on schedule.
