Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience servicing, diagnosing, troubleshooting HVAC systems.
• EPA Universal certification required.
• Mechanical aptitude with strong customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance on residential HVAC systems.
• Use hand and power tools to inspect, repair, and maintain furnaces and condensers.
• Build client relationships through clear communication and service.
• Educate clients on system maintenance requirements.
• Identify opportunities to improve comfort through product options.
• Document service work and recommendations in reports/logs.
• Adhere to quality and safety standards.
