Job summary

Service Experts Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking an Installer IV to lead complex residential and light commercial HVAC installations in Ogden, UT. You will install heating, cooling, ventilation, and related components, perform start-ups, and balance air flow while ensuring first-class customer service.

Minimum 8+ years of HVAC experience with a high school diploma or GED is required, plus EPA and safety certifications.

Qualifications

• HVAC experience and 10+ years of technical training in HVAC required.
• EPA and safety certifications required.
• Proficient in HVAC system operation, installation, and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in residential and light commercial settings.
• Perform start-ups, basic diagnostics, and system balancing.
• Design and install ducts and related fittings per specs.
• Train other installers and support field supervision with audits and planning.
• Ensure site safety, equipment handling, and neat paperwork submission.
