Job summary

Service Experts is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer to complete residential and light commercial installations at customer sites. You will install heating and cooling equipment, fabricate ducts, perform start-ups, and provide excellent customer service.

You will also train other installers and assist with site planning and audits as directed by leadership. The role requires EPA and safety certifications, a valid driver’s license, and flexibility for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with HVAC training and 5+ years of experience.
• Valid licensing or certifications as required by local laws.
• EPA and safety certifications are required.
• Strong understanding of HVAC systems, duct work, and installation standards.
• Ability to read wiring diagrams and troubleshoot electrical, refrigerant, and duct systems.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per specs.
• Design and install ducts; perform system start-ups and basic diagnostics.
• Deliver excellent customer service and handle product sales leads.
• Train other installers and assist with site supervision and planning.
• Maintain company vehicle, tools, and inventory; complete paperwork neatly.
