Job summary
Service Experts Mobile is seeking an experienced HVAC Installer III to install residential and light commercial systems, including ductwork and related components. You will balance airflow, perform start-ups, and troubleshoot with customers, ensuring high satisfaction and proper documentation.
You will also train junior installers, assist with site planning, and uphold safety, quality, and company standards in every job site.
Qualifications
- 4+ years of HVAC installation experience and relevant technical training.
- EPA certifications and required licenses by local regulations.
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record.
- Ability to read, interpret, and apply wiring diagrams and schematics.
Responsibilities
- Install HVAC equipment and accessories in customers' homes per code and manufacturer specs.
- Fabricate and install ducts and fittings; perform limited diagnostics when needed.
- Conduct equipment start-ups and balance airflow across systems.
- Provide excellent customer service and promote products/services.
- Train other installers and assist with site planning, audits, and quality checks.
- Maintain vehicle, tools, and paperwork in a neat, compliant manner.
