Proficiency in Service Titan and strong customer communication are essential. The position involves evaluating system performance, ensuring code compliance, and directing on-site safety.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of HVAC installation experience
• Connecticut D2 or S2 license
• Leadership or supervisory experience
• Advanced knowledge of HVAC system installations
• Experience using Service Titan or similar software
• Ability to read technical diagrams and blueprints
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Attention to detail and safety
• Clean driver’s license
• Ability to lift heavy equipment and materials

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of HVAC installers, providing guidance and training
• Oversee installation of HVAC systems in residential properties
• Conduct system startup procedures and verify functionality
• Serve as primary contact for homeowners and ensure customer satisfaction
• Troubleshoot and resolve installation issues
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical diagrams
• Ensure compliance with National Electrical Code and local regulations
• Perform final inspections for quality and safety
• Document job details and track installations using Service Titan
• Coordinate with warehouse for material availability and inventory control
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and efficiency gains
