Horsetooth Heating & Air in Fort Collins, CO is seeking an Experienced Residential HVAC Installer to take ownership of complete residential installations and uphold high quality workmanship.

You will install systems from start to finish, ensure compliance with manufacturer specs and local codes, and maintain a clean, safe job site while communicating clearly with homeowners and team members. Training and career growth are provided.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on HVAC installation experience.
• Solid understanding of residential systems and install best practices.
• EPA Universal Certification preferred.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Confidence using hand and power tools.
• Strong work ethic and pride in craftsmanship.
• Willingness to continue learning and improving.

Responsibilities

• Complete residential HVAC system installations from start to finish.
• Ensure all work meets manufacturer specifications and local code requirements.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional job site.
• Communicate clearly with homeowners and team members throughout the project.
• Safely operate tools, equipment, and company vehicles.
• Manage materials and ensure proper handling of equipment.
• Work collaboratively with apprentices and helpers when assigned.
• Continue developing technical skills through ongoing training.
