Job summary

Owatonna Heating & Cooling seeks an Experienced HVAC Installation Technician to install residential heating and cooling systems and mentor junior installers. This hands-on role emphasizes quality, safety, and system design understanding on every site.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years of HVAC installation experience.
• EPA certification required.
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record.
• Working knowledge of HVAC systems, including refrigerant, gas, and electric equipment.

Responsibilities

• Install HVAC systems in residential settings according to company quality standards.
• Ensure each project is completed efficiently, safely, and to customer satisfaction.
• Support and guide junior installers, sharing knowledge and best practices.
• Interpret installation plans and apply proper system design techniques.
• Work with furnaces, heat pumps, and duct systems.
